*sigh* Let me just word vomit feelings for a bit. Everyone is entitled to their opinion so just hear me out.

I personally hate how everyone is attacking MD and saying that he's doing this out of pure jealousy/rage and that he's just angry that Chanwoo went to try to find another guy instead of him.

He's not jealous and mad it's not in his character since the beginning, and he's not acting this way to ONLY get back at Chanwoo because he said no.
MD let chanwoo have a choice to be with him or not, but the fact that he went back out again and found another jerk who just used him, got MD mad, because he already said he doesn't want to see him in situations like that because he cares. MD wants him to learn that not everyone; just by laying eyes on them, is fine. Chanwoo has to have some sort of standards. He has to be able to say stop. He has to be able to express when enough is enough and learn to not just pick people by their looks. Inevitably he gets hurt, he gets beaten, he gets used and the only way to get through this boy's stubborn head was for MD to play along.
Yes, I will say it may have gone a little further than what MD expected -with chanwoo reacting that way at the end- but just like to any normal person, a situation can get out of hand very easily, so MD abruptly stopped everything, and is taking care of Chanwoo.

So he slapped him, they were in play. It was stated before MD leaves bruises and hits him during their normal play even before all of this mess. But, MD is owning up to the situation that's happening right now and is truly apologizing. Please stop saying that Chanwoo has to hit MD to get even, because that's not the right approach either. All we can do is wait for the next chapter and hopefully they can thoroughly strengthen their relationship in all the areas where they know each is weak in.

I think people are too focused on the rejection part to see the full picture of MD's motive.

Also it actually hurt when chanwoo started crying I don’t want to be seen as heartless person I do think Mx took it a lil to far but that’s all going to be redeemed.

I just don’t understand why he has to get a lesson or be « taught » that not everybody is okay? If changwoo has issues then he needs therapy not someone bullying him into letting his feelings out? Tbh if he genuinely cares about him the solution could’ve been communication not coercing him like that.... but everyone has their opinion ofc

I was waiting for this comment, I wholeheartedly agree with you. You looked at the bigger picture

Apologies, I don't mean for it to come off as if he needs to be "taught" and that MD's method was the absolute choice.
It is often difficult to accept some actions from an outsider's perspective cuz we don't understand how that individual person really thinks.

As a person who has dealt with situations in their life, I needed somebody to literally grab me and shake me to the core, to understand that what I was doing was inevitably going to destroy me. For two years no amount of words or therapeutic advice would get through my head. So who's to say that this is not the same personality type of Chanwoo? Cuz he seems to be the type that wants to be independent and look very strong and in charge of his life/choices. He swears hes got in under control when he really doesn't. That is least how I see it, with what amount of personality we've been shown/given.

Again things did get out of hand to an extent on MD's part but from what I've read on him it doesn't look as if he meant to bully/scar/hurt Chanwoo purposefully. He made a mistake in trying to asses and control a situation when he truly to know how deep this could have run through Chanwoo. In the end they r both human.
Hopefully both of them will learn, sit down and have a serious discussion about the root of the problem and come to a healthy conclusion.

Appreciate the explanation and I totally agree that sometimes u need to be shaken a lil to realize but I still think to go this far wasn’t necessary and that communication is key, anyways thx!
