Considering he's meddling in his relationship, trying to guilt him into giving up what could be the little time he has left with the girl he loves, and secretly making moves on his girlfriend I'd say Yabe deserves it. Yabe will never deserve Kira's friendship. Nino can be his best friend and his girlfriend all in one since she actually respects him. Kira is too good for Yabe.
Well.. I dont hate Yabe. I think hes doing it, cause Kira didnt tell him that important fact and dont consider him as a good friend, like Yabe does. BUT Im not saying what Yabe is doing is right too... Complicated >.<
