yes it can become dangerous if both sides aren’t on the same page, which is something both chanwoo and MD needs to discuss on. most of the time personal anger and this type of play should definitely never be in the same sentence unless it’s something both parties agreed on so that’s one thing i dislike about this chapter. which is also why chanwoo needs to talk to him when needed, instead of deciding to brush it off.

i believe the only reason he didn’t reject is because he does feel something for him. of course i’m not going to assume but i believe it’s clear to see that MD felt jealous over this which is why he agreed to it and wanted to “give him a lesson” even if it’s not the best one.

like i said right now i think it’s just his way of teaching him a lesson although it’s not the right one here in this story. and i think it also comes to the fact that he chanwoo decides to bring another person into their “relationship” without talking about it first?
it depicts he wants to put him to a “test” now and see what he really wants by putting him in a vulnerable position of deciding what he wants, whether to be actual be part of the bdsm relationship or stay away. either way, i don’t think the representation in this story goes well so i agree on you with that.

and i agree it wasn’t handled the best way in this scenario and both need to find their limit.

and in a situation like this the thought behind it is 50/50 when it comes down to it. a lot of people will say they don’t like the depiction of it and others will because it’s what they like.

Thank you! Love your response. People are hating MD because he stop being soft with chanwood in their play. Remember Chanwood said he wants to that separate. Plus it was Chanwood that call MD to meet his new love interest. Maybe this is real MD with being master and because he felt something different for Chanwood he was softer in their play.

Even though OP replied like this in the beginning we came to the same conclusion. This play isn't anything out of the ordinary for BDSM however taking into account the story and characters this has gone too far.
It's dangerous to bring personal grudges and anger into a play. It can get abusive real quick as we've seen with the chocking in previous chapters.

Both characters are at fault to a certain extent but MD takes the cake for this one. You can read through the thread for further comments and explanations about the slap or why Ch. is unable to simply say no and leave.

We had some good, polite and informative back and forth. It's worth a read!

I am the only who feels that MD didn't do any wrong? Especially since Chanwood said he wanted no romance with their play!! I feel bad for him because he got played by dude but that's how far it goes for me. MD is the dom and because he was having feeling for Chanwood I felt he wasn't being true to himself as a dom and was being soft. This could be the real MD as dom.

I do feel MD realized he went to far with the chocking and that's why he stepped back and didn't contact ch for some time. I feel he needed time to reflect on his actions.

Your view of how BDSM should play out makes me sad and concerned. This was abusive anything besides safe sane and consensual at all times has no place in the community. Sorry if that pisses you off but this chapter shed a negative light on real BDSM and I'd never play with someone doing stuff like MD is here. Negotiation before every scene is super important and safewording is a big deal and hopefully doesn't happen. I don't ever like to judge others' relationships or kinks but your perceptions read abusive and harmful sorry.
