i really dont see how people have an issue with this? masaru kinda had to live with the woman, and he even said she had someone else she loved. it took a year because he had to convince his family he was already in love and like he said, he was close with his family so its not like he couldve just said “fuck y’all im gay” lol. and him not being able to be intimate with aki, i completely get that too. im lucky that i’ve never had to come to terms that i like women & i’ve always been comfortable being intimate with women. masaru may have been able to admit that he was in love with a guy but its a completely different thing to be able to have sex so it makes sense that he’d need time.
