Please help me find this manga!!!

Hey guys I was reading a manhwa a while back about a mangaka that gets a new job. At her new job she is treated very poorly by her director. She goes home and waits for the applicant for her assistant job listing to arrive. Turns out the mean director is actually the applicant! He deeply admired the mangakas work and feels terrible about treating her like that. He can’t draw very well though and he’s bad at just about everything. He gets the position anyway I don’t remember how. Anyway the Mangaka ends up falling in love with him and there’s a rivalry at the office between her and another guy, but the other guy doesn’t actually want the guy he just wants information to take the director down.
