No it's not a spoiler is just a theory from what I've observed.
It is my assumption but it looks like the author is really pushing Medea to death and it has the romance tag so who was the male lead and female lead.
I also hate the idea of Helio will falling for psyches( damsel in distress) and Medea drying but I can't hide the fact that it's pointing in that direction.
Just look at the cover of the manga, Medea's body, Helio holding a flower looking at Medea while psyches above with angel wings.
The are a few theory's there too but the one that seems most likely to be is that it's psyches that is in Medea's body and the drawing of psyches above is to show that it's her soul that is in Medea's body and you don't need me to explain why Helio is holding a flower and looking at her like that (╯°Д °)╯╧╧

Now you say that it does seem plausible but if that happened then it would be like turning a masterpiece into a cliche. I mean come on my girl Medea doesn't deserve this disrespect i mean imagine a badass FL who doesn't give a shit, actually is there for money and power, i mean we've all seen the goody two shoes act a THOUSAND times by FLs, also everyone gets their happy ending but she DOESN'T!! PUHLEASEEEE her life was shit, her father was a jerk, her mom sick, manipulated by that asshole prince and the only person she cared for KILLED because of something she wasn't responsible for, ugh so even the gods in there want her to die and our author also wants her to use as a plot device for psyche ........
Look I'm not saying Psyche didn't go through shit but SHE IS PRIVILEGED in a sense that they switched just so psyche wouldn't die and My bby Medea would be sacrificed and if Helio DOES fall for psyche then my boi you never DESERVED Medea

I think am starting to understand the reason for tragedy tag. It looks like the author is push Medea towards and unfortunate death in the ending which everyone will be very sad about while Helio and psyches fall in love with each other. Which at first Helio is unable to accept nor understand how he feels and if it's towards psyches or just because she is in Medea body but will eventually accept that he is in love with psyches and the feels he has towards Medea is more of grateful admiration.

It doesn't even look like they will switch bodies back (anytime soon) since we know that the god in the book as no problem with Medea drying in place of psyches which we notice by how psyches body has no my divine power making it hard for Medea to go on with her day-to-day life without having a nosebleed.

I just feel the author is been very biased towards Medea.
It's like Medea has a death flag hanging on her neck that if the don't change back bodies she will die in psyches body and if they do she will in her body trying to protect someone.
Honestly in my eyes when I see the characters this is what I see:
- Helio; the strongest knight in the kingdom who doesn't understand love
- psyches; the naive girl who's trying to understand things and falls in love very easily even if her heart with just broken a second ago
- Medea; the strong independent character with a huge death flag on her neck, head, back, etc.
Now please ship between these three characters who do you think will end up together?
