I really hate the fact that the seme didn't realize smth was wrong with the uke but I know deep inside that he loves him so much. I finished reading the available chapters on webcomics and it pains me that they didn't get to see each other for the last time but the doctor deserves the last moments with him so I'm really sad. The seme is sick too so I think he would do smth to follow the uke. All in all, it's really a great story. I cried right after reading chapter1. It's still ongoing so I think side stories will be updated.
