Meh… Understandable, but I wouldn't define a light touch as "groping" - he didn't actually grab his crotch or anything; and the main point is that he almost immediately realized what he was doing, and that's why Levi pushed Eren away so quickly and yelled at him to get out - for Eren's own protection since Levi realized he could no longer fight his instincts to mate.
