I find that they are taking things pretty slowly. I mean they are still at the surface of a relationship. They are in highschool and still so young, relationships aren’t pretty and everyone has their background (this way deeper than most). Losing someone you love and feeling as though its your fault...those feeling I don’t think will ever go away and I can see Mafuyu moving forward with his life. Loving music, writing songs, making friends, and finding someone new he likes, he’s stated it multiple times that he likes him. I feel as though Uenoyama is growing and understanding what being in a relationship with Mafuyu would even be like, he’s a baby bean learning and trying his best to express how he feels towards him.
I agree with you. And tbh, people might kill me for this, but i want them to have the "cool off" phase for that very reason.
honestly I don't like the relationship between mafuyu and uenoyama (I like them together and I want them to end up TOGETHER but rn mmm) cuz I think that mafuyu is still in love with yuki n is okay, it's not that easy to let go off when someone that you loves so much dies, and I really understand that mafuyu's trying so hard but he will never love uenoyama as the same way he has loved yuki, n that make me feel some kind of thing that makes my heart hurt SO bad,,, both of them deserve a happy end, but first mafuyu gotta be prepared to be in a relationship
