Well, they were both soaking wet from her giving him a cold shower to try and sober him up. It looked like she had to stand in there with him, probably to keep him from collapsing. Then she got him in bed. They didn’t explain if she had to guide the process or she got him sober enough to do it himself while she got her wet clothes off or if she took hers off afterwards, but she wouldn’t have a spare with her, so she had a towel on. It was all a well timed contrivance that mostly made sense, but not quite.
