Louis gave him the bag of blood or something to help. I don't think Louis is harmed, Legosi wouldn't be this calm if something terrible actually happened. I feel (hope) this manga is going the direction of Louis and Legosi becoming a Beastar duo like what the current Beastar wanted with Legosi's grandpa
