Very true. And based on my understanding on omegaverse. All genders CAN get pregnant. It's just normalized that it has to be alpha seme and Omega uke because of the whole heat thing and fated partner, mate shenanigans.

To the people saying that omegas can't top - yes they can. Their bodies may be designed to bottom but doesn't mean they HAVE to bottom. For instance, women have an organ designed to be take a dick during sex but it doesn't mean they are obliged to. Some women wear strap ons and are dominant during sex, some get surgery to get a penis, some just use other forms of sex like scissoring so that they don't actually have a rod shoved up their hole.
