I read the Ch.70, i dont understand korean but somehow i get the story... i'll apologize in advance for the spoiler in bullet form.
• Somehow Dojin went back to the Dream World by the Yellow Dragon.
• A bedridden old man showed up.
• Dojin and the Yellow Dragon met.
• Yellow Dragon gave Dojin a ring for some kinda promise etc.
• In the Dream World, Dojin got married as he lived happily.
• Turns out the bedridden old man is Dojin.
• He rest in peace and went back to the Yellow Dragon, as they live happily ever after.
No, Dojin wasn't married. It was his sister. The old man is Dojin.

Dojin went back to his 'real world' and lived out the rest of his mortal life. He saw his sister(I think) get married and grew old. The old man is Dojin. His niece stops by to visit him and sees hes asleep so she falls asleep too and sees him with yellow dragon in a dream. She wakes up and realizes dojin died in his sleep then we see a happy young dojin with yellow dragon. The ending is now they are together forever in the after life/other world place

Maybe but when u see the wedding theres the bride and a little girl who looks like his niece so shrug* doesnt matter lol either way it's a bittersweet ending and appropriate for them althou I kind of hoped for something more since it felt kinda of like a let down to have such a simple ending when this world is so rich, vibrant and intricate
