Yes the uploader on mangago is at fault, BUT If the translator doesn’t want to get sued and doesn’t want the scans posted on other sites, then they shouldn’t be Uploading their translations at all. People are dumb and going to repost whether you beg them not to or not, so this person shouldn’t act like they’re the victim when they’re the ones who put it on the internet in the first place. （￣へ￣╬)
