Well so far, I’m still not feeling it with the FL & ML characters. I hope there will be improvement to them in future. Because as of now, they are still not able to get me to interested in them as how I am to other FL in other mangas with similar setting.

I had wanted them to get away with fooling the Empress, for her own sake… But Am now really happy with how it ended up. I feel like that was really the best possible way it could go: that the Empress was able to recognize at a glance that Ebigail was not her daughter, and display how much she truly loved her daughter and the strength of her feelings despite their estrangement. Then the depth if her losses was shown in her willingness to treat Ebigail as her daughter, so that her daughter would be “alive in the world” rather than disappear
