I still stand with what I said about giving him a fair chance. People make mistakes and that includes cheating. He did make a mistake and he could have taken the opportunity to learn from it and never do it again....

I am not excusing cheating cuz it's disgusting, in this story the main character clearly loves his bf but when his high school crush comes back he starts getting butterflies and gets caught up.

The heart works in weird ways and it's clear he likes both but one more than the other (blu hair for the win (๑•ㅂ•)و✧). Or it can be it's just a delusion remembering his feeling from his past (we aren't too deep into the manga/comic so I cant say) either way

After cheating he regrets it and you can tell he feels guilty as hell for it.
Think of it as a real situation, his is confused and made a mistake and regrets what he did. This is what happens in a lot of the time irl. If they continue however; they would just be too far gone and that guilt just turns into a whole other thing, that is when they become a horrible person.
Yes he cheated and it's not forgivable but instead of bashing him, feel sorry for him because he is just confused and fucked up big time. Also feel sorry for his bf but that is for a different reaso, its pity because he got cheated on.
I think the best thing to do is keep an open mind and see how things go going forward. ╮(￣▽￣)╭
Tldr: he made a mistake once cuz of feels that he acted upon. Feelings are shitty but they be like that, I think it's too early to make a whole opinion and label him as a "bad" person. it's better to feel bad for him rather than bash him considering his situation and see how he handles the situation going forward. (￣∇￣")
If he continues to cheat after this mistake means that the shitty mistake made him a shitty person... THEN we can bash him all we want (๑•ㅂ•)و✧
