Well he basically brought this to himself in a way by not denying the other girls which he could've easily done. To him the girls are just his sex toys too so it's both ways now. The only reason Midori broke up with him was because he fucked the other girls.
At the end of it, all of them are just sex friends. midori has broken up with him and is now just a sex friend too, I believe in future the girls would leave him to be with their boyfriends and even midori may not stay with him since to them he is the only option for sex around their age.
All in all he is just a boy toy which none of the girls look at as actual dating material
