Yeah I can see where your coming from, but she was sent back so it hasn't happened yet, and plus that's like saying you like all men because they can rape someone, but really it depends on their life experience for how they act in the future. Tia is obviously different from her former self and because of that you don't know whether the prince would do it again. In stories like these one small detail can change the entire story line
