Yes medication helps, but also finding the bad coping mechanisms and finding new ones that help you break the cycle of having panic attacks whenever confronted with something stress inducing, so I agree and disagree with this comment. Sometimes you need tough love to try and break the cycle you’re trapped in
Also medication is almost useless if you don’t try to actively fix the problem, you don’t wake up the next day and everything is cured
He's so arrogant and never even apologized for instigating. And do they realise anxiety can't really be cured? You just learn to live with it. She should probably just be on medication.
