Henry went on that trip with Seth, intending to go with the flow. He was fine with sleeping with Seth without giving Seth an answer. He wants to use Seth's feelings for him to run away from his messed up relationship with Sam (which he himself messed up) without making any commitment. The same way, he confessed to Sam, rejected him when he wanted to take the relationship forward while at the same time refusing to completely let go, saying he wants to be friends. He keeps both the guys hanging without committing to either. At this point, I wish both Seth and Sam would just leave. Henry needs to end up alone so he can introspect.
