Hmm. I can probably find some on my PC when I get to it, but if you’re interested, Cinderella Phenomenon is an English game that fits the traditional otome idea. Best otome I’ve ever played. Plus it’s free. It’s really hard finding free Japanese otome, especially translates ones.

Love Tangle on phone! Its so incredibly good and fee! The whole Shall We Date? franchise has amazing games for free on the appstore so just put that and all of them will pop up.
