I get that it's "realistic" or whatever but story-wise, isn't this a little flat? mc makes friend, gets bullied, stops being friends, run into each other and become friends again, friend moves away...the end?
even the mc's development was barely shown - all we saw was that for a couple pages he decided to be like his friend, then years later he decided he should let go...like where's the conflict??
