I think what the author meant by that is that the seme had to be the one with his face hidden and not the uke (because that wouldn't be cute, apparently), and in this manga the face of the character only gets revealed later.

Well that was a twist I wasn't expecting...Orijou actually did genuinely become friends with Zoukiya and was actually trying to help him out! Oh and the fact that Wolf was class prez. I didn't see that coming, tho I did think Wolf was a student in the school.
Also, is Wolf not the seme? http://www.mangago.me/read-manga/koi_wa_kamen_no_uchigawa_ni/uu/hs_v-1-chapter-6/pg-8/ Mangaka's comments at the end makes him seem like the uke. Unless they're saying that's why Zoukiya isn't the one with his face covered??
