I feel like it's going to end like one of the manga's I saw that immediately the truth came out the next chapter was the ending, it was just annoying. But now we know that he loves her so it's something that he will try and his best to meet her and get close to her, I think the writer is trying to do it in this way that no matter what she does or no matter how people view her as a despicable woman. it doesn't matter because he would still love her.
