I think it's more like seinen with quite a bit of fan-service (?). But then again, I'm not positive. I've only watched about an episode or two and that was a while ago. So I'm not sure if things develop to a shounen-ai level. But it's definitely not yaoi.
I watched the anime and there was no sex whatsoever, just some sexy shirtless nudity and tension. Rin-chan's bod is fricking sweet in it too. Damn.
