No it's not fluffy. The black hair is a pos. Causing trouble for the pink haired guy by lying when he and the red haired guy weren't even doing anything that needed to be covered up. Ktbn.
You'll find out later why he did that. The story overall is really fluffy and also realistic when it comes to how the world views LGBT (or atleast in the story setting). Not only that but the character development is amazing, for both pink hair and especially black hair. What black hair did was wrong, but the author develops the character over time.
