That makes it worse. They are literally crushing this girl's heart in a way that the other girl would never have achieved and they're all going to come out and blame her for misunderstanding. Hope they experience getting crushed like bugs under her heel at the very least.
i mean, they're doing it to protect her, but in the process hurt her. they definitely should've let her in on their plans, it just needs to be like this for the plot i guess

I believe the Irene girl is a two faced biatch... I read some spoilers and it said she schemed all the events to make it look like MC bullied her, etc, what a villainess does(╯°Д °)╯╧╧. Her motive of doing it is because she hates the MC for being engaged with the prince and having a reverse harem around her lolol

The boys are protecting her by deceiving Irene into plotting her schemes in place to gather evidence and finally humiliate and stop her (≧∀≦)

if everyone is pretending for her sake and protecting her from that other girl then it makes sense that the library is off limits for her (she said there was a crack in the ladder, they're probably checking to see if any more dangers are there and won't allow her in until it's safe) and at the tea party that guy yelled out her name but he seemed more relieved that she wasn't wet instead of angry and guided the other girl away from her. just my guess but it makes sense if this was the case
