I read team medical dragon and this manga. gonna have to agree with you. team medical dragon is better; it has deeper plot, characterization, conflicts, etc. but then again Team medical dragon is a seinen so it's to be expected. Saijou no Meii seems shallow in comparison, probably because it was aimed towards younger readers ╮(￣▽￣)╭
