I need help finding this yaoi again and the story goes something like this— the seme and uke were always together until they were in their 20s when the uke got curious and cheated on the seme. This resulted in the girl becoming pregnant and the uke decided to start a life with her. Years went by and the two guys finally meant again. The uke has a son and his wife is dying of cancer. Uke’s wife died and the uke & seme remained friends until they eventually started dating secretly (uke does not want son to know). The story ends when the couple grew old and passed away.
