Heya it seems like you really don't understand what's happening here. Uploaders have no obligation or responsibility towards us AT ALL. No, we cant demand more just because we're excited. We cant just tell them to spend their own money on buying chapters rather than their own needs and wants, or prioritize uploading/translating over their actual real life responsibilities. We cant demand them to prioritize our entertainment over their well-being.
If you're not paying for anything, you don't have the right to demand anything.

See, the people who start uploading these things don't do so with the intention of not finishing. They intend to upload until the story ends or for whatever reason (real life, funds, etc) they cant anymore. It just so happened that for this one, people were unappreciative of the uploaders' efforts. Uploaders are not asking for praise. They're asking for common decency and basic respect. Sure, you didnt leave comments asking them to upload faster, but the way you say "don't start something if you're not gonna finish it" is too demanding and ungrateful. Please reflect on what you just did.
