Love the face-slapping

I love how the mc seems to not know the meaning of being LOW-KEY lol. I mean it's kinda refreshing reading something like this after reading a lot of mangas and manhwa with OP MC but hides their true power and that they just tolerate and allow others to underestimate and mock them and just take action if their reverse scale is touched so I love how straightforward our mc is. And sure this story is not the most original and deep character build-up and plot as other stories and it might not be the best out there but so far I'm really enjoying this one. Less tension, less stress, and more to OPness.

exactly.. while Japanese manga prefers lowkey beta MCs.. Chinese manhwa are all crazy show off OP MCs..

Yeah. Both have their good and bad point. I mean I'm fine with MC pretending to be a pig to eat a tiger kind of lowkey attitude (coz they're still plotting somehing) but not too much that it gets frustrating and makes the mc looks like a doormat that can be bullied anytime. Being OP and showy about your powers is cool too but when done too much it makes the Protag look brainless and no tact for me and sure it helps in making some cannon foder fear our mc but at the same time it also bring continuous trouble. So lots of pros and cons going in there and it really depends on the author and mangaka on how it'll turn out
