If you’re talking about the bar going down the negative way, I think it’s because he’s nervous around her thinking “oh no what to say” or how he should hide his feelings and that made him negative, and as she called him away, he felt relief that he got to get out of that situation and that’s why the bar turned to the positive side. (๑>◡<๑)
