Recommend for anyone who enjoys psychological, mature works. If you don't like subtle and reflective dramas... probably avoid this one, maybe? =_="
This was just gorgeous. All the character interactions, subtlety and intonation of emotion... just Amazing. The drawing, despite being fairly old-style and sketchy was just brilliant in its intuitive grasp of the character expression (although that is par the course for this author).
And despite the heightened melodrama of Izumi's fucked-up family and background, how the actual story was portrayed felt grounded and realistic. Somehow.
