It must be a different cat, I think. Since original Colon in chapter one looks bigger and older than the new one. Maybe original Colon had a baby. Or they just both coincidentally look the same. ╮(￣▽￣)╭
I think the hair might be shorter and it lost weight due to hunger.
I have never seen a cat have the same markings in the same place as their siblings or parents. Those colon marks were exactly there.

There is no way that this story took place over less than 3 months. It had to be half a year or more...even years...
It may have been months, but Bruno stated that Colon had been found and taken care of by someone else which is why he never found colon in the first place. After getting better, colon may have escaped again to try and get home where he was rediscovered by bruno
Right. But I was trying to figure out a timeline for the story.
His brother first starts sleeping around and he runs off & meets this guy whose cat had been missing for 2 weeks.
Then the story ends with the brother hooking up with his subordinate and he comes back to cat guy whose cat finally turned up.
It doesn't make sense with the prequel because the brother had been sleeping around for years by that point, right?
Well, even if the brother had been "sleeping around" for years, its not like Yuu was there since the first female body pillow. I think less than a year to at least 3 months had passed since the first meetingwith bruno
I thought the whole reason he ran away is because he was there for one of the first body pillows? He acts like his brother just lost his virginity...
he ran away because it was the first time he [Yuu] saw his brother bring someone home, remember, they were estranged for quite sometime (when he came back the second time, he wasn't even sure if his brother would recognize him meaning they have not seen each other for a LONG time). His brother could have been bringing girls home since HS and we and Yuu wouldn't know. But anyways more to the point, the story never gave a specific timeline to how long this story has been playing out.
Which drives me nuts.
