(Well, I still have my limits - instances where it's soo far from what I can realistically accept that it interferes with my ability to buy into the fictional world they've created, even temporarily - but, if the story itself is good and matches its target audience (i.e. it's aimed at adults who SHOULD be able to read critically/with awareness), then it's fine, right? This reminds me of that news about a teacher who had sex with her student (i think he was 15 at that time ). She was sent to jail but she still met with the kid and got pregnant (while in jail!). She got out, met with the kid again and got pregnant again. They now have two kids and she still denies that she committed a crime and puts the blame on the kid. The kid, who is now and adult father, realized that what happened was wrong. And because he had two kids with the teach at such a young age, he was forced to work instead of following his dreams. He can't even get a divorce bc he loves his kids. TRAGIC.
