Okay, I saw this on a different website where someone translated this in Indonesian luckly because this person just put the text on the bottom of each page I was able to google
translate it. Okay, so the reason why the father is not allowing the green haired kid to meet up with Tia nor is he allowing any form of letters to that the green haired kid to Tia is simply because he is just trying to save his daughter.
