Yah, it varies, but for the most part, alphas can get anything & anyone pregnant. Even other alphas.

I'm quite new to the idea of alpha pairings bearing children (without any sort of hardships). In western fandom, it's mostly played as an actual gay pairing since theoretically, it should be very difficult to conceive--but with Japanese manga A/B/O traits seem to boil down to a caste system.
Holy hell it would suck to have period AND heat at different times!! And technically that is so. When women are at their most fertile = heat, when the excess wombwall-whateverthenameis-blood leaks out = period.
Conclusion: I sure as hell don't wanna live in omegaverse as a female omega.
Since omega dudes don’t have periods & they have a womb, which technically means they should, imma hope the god of that world is probably more fair & made it so females don’t have periods either.
