I was on holiday and sprained my ankle (at least I think I did) falling down the stairs. It hurt but it didn’t feel like I broke or tore anything serious at the time. Since it was in the middle of the holiday I powered through the pain and possibly overworked it (???). The swelling had gone down and there was a little bruising but it’s gone now.
It’s been about two weeks since I got back from the holiday, but my ankle still hurts when I stretch it or leaning on it. On certain places if I put a little pressure on it, it hurts.
Have I not let it heal for long enough? Should I wait it out or do you think I should do something about it? (I’m gonna delete this anyway whether or not someone replies) thanks to anyone who bothered to read the whole thing (⌒▽⌒)
