Tbh I found nothing wrong with him sleeping around. Like yea he confessed but he also said not to get too close to him because he didn't want to get his hopes up. The uke even says something like "ur not like that" when they talk about the seme sleeping around so I'm pretty sure him still liking the uke that he thought it would be impossible to be with was the only reason he slept around so he took take his mind off him n I've seen n heard a lot of ppl do that irl so u can't blame him lol. But tbh I'm glad ppl are putting actual bi characters in manga and anime now.
