he is not actually a criminal though.... the detective dude seems fishy .... he had sex with both mc and black haired dude (from raw's...so much uncleared scenes )
i don't know wtf did the black haired dude do.... but he is way more cool than the police/detective dude.... its a shame that he has to die (not sure if he is died or not... miracle can happens sometimes)
