I want to translate some BL manga into hindi or awadhi or both. Will it be illegal and how can I do it? It won't be commercial. And how many people here read in hindi or understood hindi or urdu or avadhi? I can also translate in bhojpuri if there are any readers for it. ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶

    I watched many anime dubbed in Hindi. I cannot read hindi letters tho.
