It called C-Section that would be safe for male. Or Caesarean delivery, is the use of surgery to deliver one or more babies.
The recurring theme with omegaverse is that it's nearly always a different answer to most big question, as this one, depending on what the author of the story want to. In some is a c-section used, others do they get a vagina, in some does the child come out via the anus but its like more adapted to that purpose and lastly magic :P
The only other option I can think of is a c-section but I've seen a few where they do in fact come out the butt
I've read a lot of omegaverse manga/djs so im practically an expert in this genre. (Haha lol) But there's one thing I dont really understand. HOW DO BABIES COME OUT OF MALE OMEGAS?!?! So do they pretty much shit out the baby? I mean I know they have a womb they still only have one hole. So their anus just gets destroyed by the baby coming out? There's gonna be some prolapsation in that hole.
