I didn't hear any constructive criticisms. He just kept rejecting without explaining why. And when Yukinori goes to ask him why he tries to avoid him. The only reason he said anything was to further degrade him. Basically telling him he sucks at his job and should leave, oh and stay away from bro. Gen san and the old president were the ones who truly helped him.
