It seems the seme misunderstood the situation after the nomikai and somehow thought they started dating and he naturally starte acting like that xDD And the uke is all??? LMAO But though he tries to impose what he wants to do on uke (because he thinks it’s ok since “they’re dating”, he doesn’t go too far and always try to comfort the uke (are you nervous?/you don’t need to be scared/or when he says he’ll do the things the uke likes, or says they’ll go slowly) From the comments here, Idk if people just lightly read this manga as another cliche one, but in my eyes it seems different Also, the uke wasn’t just like a dead fish there, he actively spoke his mind and asked the guy the important question!
