I mean there's so many you tropes of "been in love w u even though u don't recognize me" and "inferiority complex to my sibling" and "sweet seme w slutty but insecure uke" so idk what's so "off" about this one. If u only read the 1st ch I would understand as I was also off put by that entire scenario but that was when I had no back story. Now I do and it's not so bad anymore. It's pretty typical actually.

I have a whole range of appreciations on yaoi, from totally dark twisted stories, to funny and fluffy ones, to ones that are serious and romantic but this one is kind off just an odd one.
I don't get the main character on how he can just have no control over the situation.
He's a big brother. But a total helpless one. He should have some authority.
The little brother is weird being obsessed with the older brother then "sacrifices" himself to his older brother's f*ck buddies.
The seme also seems so korny af. Already being so genuine and invested where he and the mc uke don't even have much of a solid foundation.
