So i can't remember the mnga, but i believe it was part of oneshots in a manga. The uke hates the seme's little brother because he was annoying or something and at some point the little brother did something naughty and made the uke really mad. The uke said really bad things about the little brother and the seme ended up slapping him. In the end the little brother confessed that he was in the wrong.
