That's Skyler's MOTHER'S fault and he KNOWS it. Yeonduk is also being FORCED into it by his OWN mother. Or didn't you read the parts where Yeonduk made it clear he HATED ratting on his friend? But he was manipulated into it by his abusive mother. If you have good parents do YOU disobey them? If not, why do you think that a child would be able to disobey SHITTY parents? Even though it seems you may like abuse and victim blamers it doesn't mean everyone does. And Skyler's back story is irrelevant to whether or not he will become a likeable character. The ONLY way he can redeem himself is by apologizing and changing his shitty asshole behavior.
