    I never knew that. I add so much sugar to my tea, but then again i don’t think I’ve ever had a Japanese tea before (and i like sweet over bitter)

    You don't usually put sugar in traditional tea especially in the eastern/oriental parts of the world(not just Japanese). It's kind of like a western thingy that adds sugar to tea.

    Yeah, i live in eastern but here people prefer tea with sugar because it's the western which brough tea culture in my country
