First of all , I only Blame the uke because of his atitude ok? Not because of what kouchi did to him. Or what, should I just side with him because he wasn't treated well? He didn't resist and wanted to pretend that nothing happened, who does he think shougo is? Does he think shougo doesn't have feelings or something ? He took him for granted.

I completely disagree that the Anon said you have shitty attitude (that was pretty rude) but I disagree that it's Mitsuru's fault for not resisting and wanting to hide things from Shougo, pretty much all of his decisions since agreed to go with Kouichi in a hotel room. He was threatened and assaulted. He had his feelings mixed up with the joy of being Kouichi again (he missed the guy), the pain of getting fucked, the guilt of lying to Shougo and the regret of going through all of what happened to him. Mitsuru's state of mind is fucked and he can't make proper decisions afterwards since he is in the state of shock, and it went on for two months. Along with the guilt and self-blaming, he couldn't run away and not because he took Shougo for granted. More like he underestimated Kouichi and himself (thinking that Kouichi has no control over him anymore and that he is completely over Kouichi).

Sorry but I disagree. He may have been confused but he clearly said that he didn't have any intention to tell shougo . Of course shougo would know right away maybe because of the atitude or because he was burnt. And I think that he did took him for granted because he Said that shougo will be always there, though he would get a little mas but it will pass. He himself Said so. I know he suffered a lot, deserves a lot of love and to be treated well, but so does shougo .

That was after he got raped. Everything he said, verbally and non-verbally, and did after he got raped are made by a rape victim. They don't make sound decisions due to trauma, rarely anyone does. Mitsuru just wanted to talk and have closure with Kouichi but he got raped. It was never his intention and just wanted to go back with Shougo, as if nothing ever happened, because before he got assaulted, he was happy and at peace with Shougo. That taking Shougo for granted is what you call "co-dependency". Not that Mitsuru is intentionally taking advantage of Shougo but he is heavily depending on Shougo for everything (emotional and mental support) that Mitsuru is assuming that everything will go back to normal once he goes back to Shougo. Mitsuru's mental defense was supposed to be to forget everything that happened to him but because Kouichi sent the video, his safety blanket was taken away from him.

Shougo deserves love, sure. But he knew the situation, he insisted on being with Mitsuru and the latest chapter revealed that he stuck around with the intention to get Mitsuru, thus when opportunity striked, he grabbed it immediately, not even considering that Mitsuru is not ready yet. He is not all that innocent and just reaping what he sowed.

Not trying to force my opinions on you, but I'm just trying to explain Mitsuru's mindset, going like Dr. Phil on Mitsuru. Mitsuru has a case of co-dependency on his partners and never learned to stand up on his own thus getting cheated on, somewhat forced into a relationship he is not ready yet and then got raped and kept prisoner for 2 months, made his case worse and worse. None of the situations he got into are completely healthy and helpful for him, yes even his relationship with Shougo. I'm just justifying the characters in an objective, unbiased and unemotional perspective.

But it's hard though. You have to be confident and sure about yourself. We don't know anything else about Mitsuru but he might have had some issues when he was younger that led him to be this insecure about himself. Everyone has to depend on someone but to be as extreme as Mitsuru, it's very hard to find independence and confidence in himself.
