How about park your car in the basement parking. Then roll the window a little, and then play the weeping sound. (Risk: Getting your car wrecked by people who found the source)
This halloween since it's our sembreak I'm bored AF so I came up with something to prank scare my parents. My parents are not techy and stuff so they do not know about bluetooth speakers. I hid my bluetooth speaker (connected to my phone) inside the CR and played various Sounds of a weeping woman.. My parents were not amused （￣へ￣）I had an earful of sermon.
